Our sales team - together have many years experience with Lynplan and have extensive knowledge of our products and services.
Our van drivers - are all employed directly by us, are uniformed and drive modern vehicles.
Our production team - all of whom are our own employees (we don't sub-contract) and have extensive experience with Lynplan and in the trade.

Calling our Sales Team
Our main phone lines (020 8681 1831) are staffed Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Other phone numbers which appear in our advertisements are answered out-of-hours by an answering service to give 24 hour coverage.
When you call our sales office you will find well trained and experienced staff - they will endeavour to answer any query you have quickly and efficiently, but with over 3,000 models in our standard ranges alone, please be patient if we have to find out answers to more technical questions and call you back! But we do undertake to do so promptly.

Showroom
We have a showroom at our premises here in Croydon where you can see full sized pattern books and examples of our work. Opening hours are the same as above and you are very welcome here.

Fabric Samples and Prices
If you have requested a full set of samples for Covers or Re-Upholstery for one of the 'Famous Names' makes which are shown on our home page, you will receive about 140 fabric samples, together with our brochure and prices for your furniture.
This is quite a bulky packet and we do find they take a few days to get through the post. The sample pack is returnable for re-cycling and a reply paid envelope is enclosed.
